Feral Swine Issues and Solutions Presented to Early County Rotary Club

On February 27, the Early County Rotary Club presentation centered on the issue of feral swine in the community. The presentation was covered by the Early County New Rotary Report, excerpted below.

Perri Cooper, executive director of the Flint River Soil and Water Conservation District, gave the Early County Rotary Club an update on the wild hogs that are a problem for farmers, agricultural landowners and the general public.

“I know I am preaching to the choir about this problem, but there are lots of issues with feral swine,” Cooper said.
